Once your request is submitted, our team carefully reviews the details of your event and customization needs.
After reviewing your request, we coordinate with our manufacturing partners.
You will then receive a custom quote, timeline, and design mock-up.
If you approve the quote and design, we send a secure invoice so production can begin.
Our Goal
to make the custom ordering process clear, seamless, and tailored to your event.
Important: Because all items are custom-made, production begins only after design approval and full payment have been received. Most quote requests receive a response within 24–48 business hours.
