Custom and personalized orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins.
Non-custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not shipped.

We accept returns for incorrect or defective items only.

Yes! Tailor Elevé specializes in custom invitations, décor, templates, and event pieces.
10. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production or processing has not begun.
Because many of our items are customized or personalized, orders that have entered production cannot be canceled or refunded. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at our email.
11. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because many of our items are customized or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made products.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to review and make it right.
For non-personalized items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
